Therapeutic/Relaxation Massage

Achieve a peaceful, relaxed state with a classic Therapeutic (Swedish-style) massage. By applying light to moderate pressure, your massage therapist will stimulate circulation and relieve muscular tension.

This Massage is a general relaxation, with minimal pressure and no specific focus work.

Sports Massage

Our Sports Massage is customized depending on the athletes specific sport. The therapist will put together a massage plan that helps address the athletes specific problem areas depending on their sport and position. Many of the techniques used are similar to a deep tissue massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage uses a number of techniques to more deeply manipulate muscles and connective tissue. It helps ease sore and tight muscles, enhance circulation, and detoxify. This massage is perfect if you’re looking for medium to deep work with specific area work.

Hot stone

Hot stone therapy is a specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. Typically from river beds, basalt stones are used for massage as they have a rich iron content that retains heat. In our Hot stone massage, the stones are used throughout the massage for full relaxation.

This massage is not meant for specific area work and is light to medium pressure.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage can ease some of the aches and pains of pregnancy and help you relax. It may also reduce swelling, improve mood, and help relieve some pregnancy depression and anxiety. Before getting a pregnancy massage, make sure to get your healthcare provider confirms you are safe to get a massage.
