ALL Cancellation must be done through text (508)952-6106 or email afredlincolnmassage@gmail.com.
Note: We do not see any message that come through Vagaro.
For a full refund of your Massage or Waxing service cancellation must be made before 6pm the prior day.
Cancellations after 6pm the prior day are not eligible for refund and you will be charged for the full service.
Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I arrive at my appointment?
If you are a new client please arrive 10 min before your appointment. If you are a returning client, please arrive 5 min before your appointment.
If I arrive early does that mean I get extra time?
No, if you arrive early, you will still only get the time amount that you booked.
Do I still get my full time if I’m late?
No, if you arrive late, you will get the remaining reserved time. If the therapist has time, they can offer you additional time for 30 min for $35.
How much clothing should I remove?
This is up to you and your comfort level. We recommend females remove their bras so that we are able to give a smooth and complete back massage. Some clients remove their underwear when they require more glute work, but this is completely optional.
How much should I tip?
We recommend you tip 20%. At our studio each therapist receives 50% of their commission and 100% of their tips. Tips are how therapists earn money and it is greatly appreciated. (FYI: at many massage studio therapists are only making between 15-30% commission so they rely on tip much like other service jobs)
